This is a class dedicated to having a fun and challenging experience, through the fundamentals of boxing and mixing it with fitness.

Locations: Park Mead Primary School

Days/Times: Wednesdays, 6 - 7 pm During Term Time

This a class dedicated to having fun and challenging experience, though mixing a wide range of activities. This will be a full body workout working many aspects of the body from the lungs to the legs and you never will have to take a punch whilst doing this!!!!!
